How do I apply my Kind Patches to my clothing?
Most of our patches feature a heat-activated adhesive backing. Simply place the patch on your desired garment, cover with a thin cloth, and press with a hot iron for 30 seconds. For heavy fabrics like denim or leather, we recommend sewing around the edges for maximum durability.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I wash garments that have patches attached?
Yes, you can. We recommend turning the garment inside out and washing on a cold, gentle cycle. To preserve the adhesive and embroidery, air drying is preferred over using a high-heat tumble dryer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused patches in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that customized patches are final sale.
